Com.Mohan Bidye Post Master Marine Lines Mumbai 400020 Retired from service today. Aipeu Group C South Division Mumbai City wishes him a long ,happy and prosperous retired life.
His retirement event was held at marine line po at 2.30 pm.This programme was attended by Com. OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: Permission for treatment / investigations in respect of CGHS beneficiaries availing treatment for Diabetes, Hypertension & other Cardiac Diseases, Dialysis and Cancer.

The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to state that at present the CGHS beneficiaries undergoing treatment for Diabetes, Hypertension & other Cardiac Diseases, Dialysis and Cancer require repeated investigations / treatment procedures over a period of time and as per the existing guidelines they are required to procure permission every time to get the prescribed treatment / investigations done at CGHS empanelled hospitals /diagnostic centres.

2. With a view to alleviate the inconvenience to CGHS beneficiaries in obtaining the requisite permission(s) every time, this Ministry has decided to permit issue of permission (referral) letters by competent authorities with a validity of six months from the date of issue of the original prescription for undergoing the prescribed treatment /investigation procedures to be conducted at the prescribed intervals over a period of six months as advised by a Government Specialist. The same permission (referral) letter shall be valid for undergoing the prescribed treatment procedures / investigations on multiple times during the six months, at intervals as advised by the Government Specialist.

v  Com. M. Krishnan will attend the campaign programme of Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Tamilnadu at some centres and other places of requirement.

v  State COC Secretaries shall co-ordinate the campaign programme in their respective states in consultation with the leaders of the respective team (see Mobile numbers above)
v  From 1st February 2014 onwards the State COC leaders will carry out State level campaign programme in their respective states.

ALL AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS - YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION PLEASE.
1.      Each affiliated organisation should issue separate circular along with the copy of the 15 point charter of demands to the State/District committees WITHOUT FAIL to make the two days strike a grand success ensuring 100% participation of their members
2.      Each affiliated organisation should conduct their own Department wise campaign programme and issue circulars, notices, posters etc. to popularize the charter of demands so that each and every employee is contacted before 31.01.2014.
3.      Each organistaion should serve Strike notice to their respective Departmental Heads on 21.01.2014 and a copy of the strike notice should be sent to the Confederation Head Quarters in the following address

4.      In the past, C-O-Cs have complained that the Head Quarters of some affiliated organizations are not issuing any circular to their branches or serving strike notices to their Departments. This time no such lapses should take place. Every organistaion should ensure that separate circular issued by their Head Quarters and separate strike notice is served by them to their Departmental Head.
5.      Model Copy of the strike notice will be exhibited in the confederation website within two days. Please download it and submit after necessary modification with mass demonstration in front of the respective offices. If any organisation cannot serve strike notice on 21.01.2014 due to late receipt of communication, it should be served on any date before 27.01.2014.
6.      Please ensure maximum participation of your members in all campaign programme.

36th AIPEU Group C, Maharashtra Circle Bi-annual Conference

       36th Bi-annual Maharashtra Circle Conference successfully held at Malegaon Dist. Nasik from 11.01.2014 to 13.01.2014. Very well arrangement made by Com. Jagdish Pawar, Divnl Sec. Group C Malegaon, Com V.S. Borse, Divnl Sec. Postmen & MTS, Com. Dhanraj Ahire, Divnl Sec. GDS and all comrades of Malegaon Division. Red salute to them for great success of the conference and their contribution to the working class movement.

       NFPE flag hosted by Com. M.Krishnan, Secretary General, NFPE and AIPEU Group C flag hosted by Com. B.G. Tamhankar, Ex. President of NFPE. Circle conference held under the chair of President Com. R.T. Bhoyar. Chief Guest Com. M.Krishnan, General Secretary AIPEU Group C, Secretary General NFPE, Confederation given a brief speech to attended comrades about past, present and future of NFPE movement. Com. Shankarrao Kaduskar, Com. B.G. Tamhankar, Com. P.T. Barge and Com. L.M.Parimal also given their valuable speech.

       Out of 52 divisions 46 divisions were attended and put up their organizational review, facing problems and solutions made by Circle in two years. Asstt. Secretary of the region given their answers to them and at last all unanswered problems and present position of the problems, speech given by Com. Mangesh Parab, Circle Secretary AIPEU Group C Maharashtra Circle.

       As we know the face of department is changing and the work also going to change. Target is big and achievement is going to speed but administration wants it to achieve in the first attempt. As like a plant of mango, fruits cannot be made on the second day after plantation. It needs soil, water for great growing then fruits can receive automatically. Group C is the wheel of department and it cannot be stopped but it has a limitation of speed. In the circle conference problems like revision cases made on proposed norms, shortage of staff due to retirement, death, deputations of staff to RMS sections, Division office, Regional office, Circle offices, Harrassement of staff under the name of RPLI Target, building problems, electricity problem, maintenance of UPS, batteries, heavy electricity load shading etc.

       On the last day, all members selected 15 members of circle body for 2014-2016 as below:
